Gr4 titanium rods are high-purity, α-type single-phase titanium rods without alloying elements. They are the strongest grade of industrial pure titanium, specifically designed for structural components and corrosion-resistant parts in industrial settings, and are distinct from medical-grade titanium, which features ultra-low clearance control.

Gr4 Titanium Wire

Gr4 titanium wire (ASTM Grade 4/UNS R50700/TA4) is the highest-strength CP titanium grade. α single-phase structure, non-heat-treatable. UTS≥550 MPa and YS≥483 MPa — significantly higher than Gr1 and Gr2. Combines good ductility with excellent weldability and the same corrosion resistance as other CP titanium grades.

Gr5 ELI Titanium Wire

Gr5 ELI titanium wire (ASTM Gr5 ELI / UNS R56401) is the extra-low-interstitial version of Ti-6Al-4V, an α+β titanium alloy. Tight control of interstitial elements — oxygen, iron, and carbon — delivers fracture toughness and cryogenic ductility superior to standard Gr5, while retaining its full strength. The material resists brittle failure at cryogenic temperatures, offers excellent fatigue performance, and meets ASTM F136 and ISO 5832-3 biocompatibility requirements. Available from φ0.1 mm to φ6.5 mm, customizable up to φ10.0 mm, as straight wire or coil.

Gr5 Titanium Foil

Gr5 titanium foil is a high-performance ultra-thin titanium strip/foil based on Ti‑6Al‑4V (an α+β two-phase titanium alloy), manufactured through multi-pass precision cold rolling and vacuum annealing. Compared with commercially pure titanium (Gr1/Gr2/Gr4), Gr5 not only has significant higher strength, but also maintains excellent stability under moderate to high temperatures, making it a typical representative of lightweight high-strength structural materials.

Ni200 Nickel Wire

Ni200 nickel wire (UNS N02200) is a commercially pure nickel material with ≥99.0% nickel (plus cobalt) content and a face-centered cubic (FCC) crystal structure. It delivers outstanding corrosion resistance in alkaline media and neutral salt solutions, dramatically outperforming stainless steel in caustic alkali service. The material also features good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and formability. Ni200 is widely used in chlor-alkali processing, food processing equipment, electronic components, and synthetic fiber production. Available from φ0.1 mm to φ6.5 mm, customizable up to φ10.0 mm, as straight wire or coil.
