Gr1 Titanium Wire (ASTM Grade 1/UNS R50250) offers the highest purity and best ductility among industrial titanium grades. Titanium content ≥99.5% with tightly controlled impurities and excellent weldability.
Gr12 Titanium Alloy Wire
Gr12 titanium alloy wire (ASTM Gr12/UNS R53400) is a near-α alloy with nominal composition Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni. Small additions of molybdenum and nickel substantially improve corrosion resistance in reducing acid media, while retaining the excellent formability and weldability of CP titanium. It outperforms unalloyed titanium grades in dilute HCl, dilute H₂SO₄, and high-temperature chloride environments, making it the material of choice for chemical processing, heat exchangers, and marine service. Available from φ0.1 mm to φ6.5 mm, customizable up to φ10.0 mm, as straight wire or coil.

Gr12 titanium rod is a near-alpha corrosion-resistant titanium alloy. It contains a small amount of molybdenum and nickel and is produced after melting, forging, rolling, and heat treatment. It is widely used in industrial corrosion-resistant environments.
